Close of Escrow

Once everything is signed, you have officially sold your property.

Closing Day

Closing is near once contingencies are satisfied. Confirm with your agent that all items are complete so the closing proceeds smoothly.

Final Walk-Through Inspection

The buyer will conduct a final walk-through (day of or day before closing) to ensure the property condition matches the Purchase Agreement and no personal items remain.

Cancel Home Services and Utilities

After closing, we’ll provide a list of contacts to help you cancel home services and utilities.

Be Prepared

Unexpected issues can arise—delays in loan processing or last-minute repairs, for example. We’ve handled these situations before and will guide you through any final hurdles.

Closing

At closing, you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign settlement documents and funds are disbursed. If you can’t attend, make arrangements in advance. Provide keys and pertinent information to the buyer at closing. Once signed, the property is sold.
