With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork, and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.
Leasing Guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 6 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant free of charge to the owners.
30-Day Leasing Guarantee
If we are unable to lease your home within 30 days, you will receive one month of management services at no cost. Our team works aggressively to market your property, attract qualified tenants, and minimize vacancy.
Renter’s Insurance Verification Guarantee
We verify that all tenants maintain an active renter’s insurance policy throughout their tenancy. As an added layer of protection, our program also includes backup landlord liability coverage of up to $100,000, helping further protect your investment.
