We were founded after our broker, Steve Fernandes, identified a need for a more personalized and knowledgeable approach to real estate and property management. With a real estate license since 1998 and the establishment of Silver Creek Realty Group in 2005, Steve built a team that combines deep local market expertise with genuine client care—an approach often missing at larger firms.
